~ Teaching Philosophy ~
Mr. Reischling’s current teaching philosophy is to push his students to go beyond expectations in music and school. He encourages perseverance and expects his students to set the example among their peers. Students are taught in accordance to their level and will move up through the program as they progress. He believes that band is a valuable asset in developing skills such as teamwork, leadership, and dedication just to name a few. His students are able to utilize these skills and apply them in academics and the workforce. When students use what they learn in Mr. Reischling’s band program, they mature as musicians, students, and people.
